YOU | As an experienced banking leader, you bring a strong track record of leading teams, growing portfolios and building trusted relationships within regional markets. You will demonstrate: • Significant experience in a senior Commercial Banking, Agribusiness Banking or Regional Leadership position. • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams across geographically dispersed markets. • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in complex lending, portfolio management and risk assessment. • Deep understanding of regional business and agribusiness sectors, including the opportunities and challenges facing customers. • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. • The ability to translate strategic objectives into practical actions that drive growth, customer advocacy and operational excellence.
